At HighRix, we’re all about keeping you powered up and worry-free. We believe in our products so much that we recommend giving them at least 14 days to work their magic before considering a return. If after 14 days (and within our 60-day money-back guarantee) you’re not satisfied, just drop us a line at support@highrix.com .

Cancellation Policy

Need to change or cancel your order? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll handle it. After that, your order’s likely already on its way. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if after 14 days you’re still not feeling it, you can return them within 60 days. Shipping fees aren’t refundable, but we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Just contact us at support@highrix.com and include your order number to speed things up.

Damaged Items

We pack our products with care, but if your item arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours! Email us at support@highrix.com with a clear photo, and we’ll sort it out. Note: damage from normal wear and tear or misuse isn’t covered.

Shipping and Delivery

We work hard to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our control. If you have delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. HighRix isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout! If it’s wrong and we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we can’t guarantee a resend or refund.
