At HighRix, we’re thrilled to offer FREE shipping on all orders! Because who doesn’t love free shipping?

Order Processing Times:

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. Your order is officially on its way when it’s handed off to our shipping carrier. During busy times like holidays, it might take up to 7 business days to process.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary depending on where you’re located. Here’s a rough estimate for when you can expect your package:

  • USA: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-15 business days
  • Worldwide: 10-20 business days

Keep in mind that during peak times, there might be delays outside of our control, like customs hold-ups or courier delays.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

Double-check that shipping address! If there’s an error, please email us at support@highrix.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but after 24 hours, it might be too late!

Delayed Delivery:

We know you’re excited to get your order, and we do our best to ship quickly. But sometimes, unexpected things happen—like bad weather or courier delays. We’re not responsible for these delays, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package goes MIA, contact us at support@highrix.com and we’ll help you out. We recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim, and we’ll also follow up on our end. Please note that we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do everything we can to assist.
